Account & Registration

To register, you will need an active email address, a Bangladeshi mobile number (01X-XXXXXXXX), and your real name and date of birth. For withdrawals, you may also need a national ID or passport for KYC verification. Registration is completely free.

No. Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, all accounts will be permanently closed and the balances may be forfeited.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If nothing arrives after 5 minutes, go to the registration page and use the "Resend" option. If the problem persists, Help Centercontact us.

Login page go and click the "Forgot Password?" link. A reset link will be sent to your registered email address. Use the link within 24 hours.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required to prevent fraud and keep your account secure. After submitting a scanned copy of your National ID or passport, verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Livescore Taka accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and all major Bangladeshi banks. Mobile banking deposits are typically processed instantly.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Payments via mobile banking (Mobile Pay/Nagad) are often faster. Delays may occur if your KYC verification is not yet complete.

First, make sure your KYC verification is complete and that there are no active bonus wagering requirements pending. If the funds still have not arrived after 48 hours, Help Centercontact us with your transaction ID.

Please wait 15–30 minutes, as there may be a slight delay. If the deposit still has not appeared, get the transaction reference number from your bank or mobile banking app and Help Centerto send it.

Bonuses & Promotions

A welcome bonus is automatically applied to your first deposit after registration. For details on the bonus amount and conditions, Bonus Page View.

A wagering requirement means you must bet your bonus a certain number of times before withdrawing it. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a 1,000 BDT bonus means you need to place 10,000 BDT in bets. Learn more Terms & Conditionsthere.

Every bonus has a set expiry period, typically 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires. The specific expiry date for each offer on the Bonus page is specified.

Refer a friend and earn a bonus when they sign up and make their first deposit. The referral code must be entered at the time of registration. For full terms on the Bonus page available.

Betting & Games

Log in, deposit funds into your account, then Sports Betting page. Select your preferred sport and match, review the odds, enter your stake in the bet slip, and confirm.

Pre-match betting takes place before a match begins. Live betting (in-play) lets you bet while the match is in progress, with odds changing by the second. Live betting is more exciting but requires quick decisions.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, in some cases you can use the "Cash Out" feature to claim a partial or full payout before the event ends.

Once the lottery results are announced, your winnings are automatically credited to your account balance. You can then withdraw them or use them for further betting.
