Livescore Taka Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

01General Information & Introduction

Livescore Taka is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Livescore Taka and each registered member of the platform.

These terms and conditions were last updated in January 2026. Livescore Taka reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

02Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with Livescore Taka, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to register. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address.
• Each individual may open one account only. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• Members are responsible for ensuring that the information provided at registration remains accurate and up to date.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

Members are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing account access with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, notify Livescore Taka immediately.

03Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

Livescore Taka supports deposits and withdrawals through Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The payment rules are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the member's verification level.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the member's own name.
• Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Livescore Taka does not charge any additional fees, though your mobile banking provider's fees may apply.

Your deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be made. Bonus funds are subject to specified wagering requirements before withdrawal. Livescore Taka reserves the right to conduct additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

04Betting Rules & Conditions

Please familiarize yourself with the following rules before placing a bet on Livescore Taka. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a cash out option is available.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50. The maximum bet may vary depending on the match and market.
• A maximum of 12 events can be added to a parlay bet.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the bet will be voided and the original stake returned.
• During live betting, bets may be temporarily suspended while odds are being updated.
• Livescore Taka reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Results are determined based on official sports data.

If a cricket match result is determined via the DLS method, it will be considered a valid bet outcome. If the minimum required number of overs is not completed, the match will be deemed void and all bets will be refunded.

05Bonuses & Promotions

Livescore Taka regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies once on the first deposit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met first.
• Wagering requirements generally range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Winnings from bets placed using bonus funds can be withdrawn up to a specified limit.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will result in account suspension.
• Livescore Taka reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Livescore Taka. Any violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance:

• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Intentionally exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Misleading or harassing other members.
• Allowing minors to access or use your account.

Livescore Taka uses advanced technology to detect suspicious activity. Any irregular patterns are automatically flagged and reviewed by our team.

07Account Suspension & Closure

Livescore Taka reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the registration terms or any part of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious betting patterns or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.

Members may request to close their account at any time. If there are any active bets at the time of the request, the remaining balance will be returned once those bets are settled.

08Responsible Gaming

Livescore Taka is committed to responsible gaming. Betting is for entertainment — not a solution to financial difficulties. We provide the following tools for our members:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Take a break from the platform for a set period of time.
• Cooling-off period: temporary account suspension for 24 hours up to 30 days.

Intellectual property rights for any third-party software or data used on the platform remain with their respective owners.

10Limitation of Liability

Livescore Taka is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues on the platform. However, if a bet is affected by such an issue, it will be voided and the stake refunded.

Livescore Taka is not liable for any unauthorized access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence or failure to secure their password.

11Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding a bet outcome or transaction must be reported to the Livescore Taka support team within 7 days of the incident. We will provide an initial response within 72 hours.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter can be escalated to a higher review committee. Livescore Taka's final decision is binding. Disputes will be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
